It's in my top 2 Super arcs, tied for my favorite with tournament of power. It was dark, it was emotional, it was hype, it had a sick villain, there was tons of insightful dialogue, and we got tons of epic fights with clean animation. I love future trunks as a character and the whole future plotline, and I feel like it was done justice here and actually gave an even greater conclusion to the Future Trunks plotline than DBZ did. Unlike in DBZ, in Super it was Trunks who saved his timeline in the end and he got the finishing blow with the help of the people's energy. It was so satisfying to see. We know Trunks' timeline is now ok, and we know he has Bulma and now the extra addition of Mai to support him. It's the feel good ending we all wanted for our boy Trunks who has been through literal hell. I could not have asked for more.

Part me of still wishes they stayed

There are five supreme Kais, with four of them controlling a particular quadrant of the universe; north, south, east, and west. The fifth one being called the Grand Supreme Kai is the one that is supervising them. Same much for king kai and the other kais that are controlling one for each quadrant of the galaxy. In Z, the reason why there is only 1 supreme kai is because Bibidi, the father of Babidi, and Kid Buu killed off the other four. The one supreme kai we know of right know is from the east quadrant.

So for what whis is saying that he has something greater than the evil containment wave and I know you skipped the battle of gods arc in this show. During the arc, elder kai explained about how he got sealed in a sword for millions of years. Him and Beerus had a meeting in which made beerus mad so because of beerus and the kais being part as a pact together, instead of destroying him, he decided to seal him off

68-76 are all fillers but honestly they're all pretty entertaining in their own right, so I don't think it'd be a crime to see them through.

The ending of this arc is hated pretty much by everyone and even completely ruins it for some people. I think it's extremely overhated and doesn't take anything away from the greatness of this arc. The next arc is probably my favorite arc in all of Dragon Ball and maybe even in all of anime, especially the last 30 episodes or so when it really starts

Grand Zeno completely erased that timeline and it's multiverse

seeing Gohan cheer Trunks up made me tear up a bit, but I don't know if you noticed that Gohan was training with Picollo, he was in his Ultimate/Mystic Form when he showed up at the end

damn, Future Trunks is always screwed

This final version of Zamasu was so spooky but also such a cool concept, literally. Dude legit became the entire timeline and he would have become all of them if Zeno hadn't been called in then and there, we see him preparing to invade the past as well as he starts to appear there as he grows stronger and stronger by the second and his reach increases. Infinite Zamasu was nuts, man and he foreshadowed it with "my form is justice and my form is the world". Bro, when they launched the combined Kamehameha/Galick Gun/Final Flash only for it to do nothing and Goku Black's/Zamasu's theme coming back with force with Gowasu theorizing on what his Apprentice had become gave me some serious chills.
