I agree with you that Kumadori’s design is one of the best of CP9. His fighting style in particular is also so unique. I am not sure if you noticed, but Kumadori has another power besides the 6 powers called Life Return which he was using against Nami. That power in general makes his fight so much more interesting.
I like how Jack has such high hopes for Zoro's fight. It's honestly one of the goofiest non-Usopp fights in the series and I love it.

I’ve always thought that it’s less that Sanji is unwilling to hit a woman, and more that it is so against his nature and what he was taught that he is physically incapable of hitting a woman
Hmm. I don't see it that way. Sanji said "even if it costs me my life, I won't kick a woman". That makes it sound like a very voluntary choice, not an unconscious reaction (because he said won't instead of can't, which implies choice). That's why Nami said she respected his chivalry more, because she realized that it stems from Sanji's kindness as a person. Zeff taught him not to hit women, but I believe that Sanji at some point adopted that teaching into his own ideology as a person of his own free will if that makes sense.
