Even though these episodes are mostly filler they're still pretty enjoyable, prob the only One Piece filler episodes I tend to watch

Gonna copy and paste since it seems like you don't read comments too often, hopefully you see this: Loguetown arc ends at episode 53. 54-60 are filler and not very interesting but they have like one or two moments of canon information about the geography of the world so they're worth watching at least in your own time or like on stream maybe.
I second this. Most filler I don’t like. Naruto killed filler for me, with so many filler episodes in a row, but these episodes are actually decent and I enjoyed them. But 54-60 are absolutely terrible and I strongly recommend you skip them except for the couple canon scenes.

man I loved the thing with the hat (spoiler alert) cuz we know the true origins of the hat and it lands there leading luffy is so epic
these two aren't canon btw, except the end of 51. also I'm afraid you missed one panda in episode 50 right after it looked like yasopp is the one that's gonna fall :(
Interesting fact about episode 50. See, both of these episodes are filler but where episode 51 is just pure filler, episode 50 both is and isn't filler. It is because the storyline it tells wasn't in the manga, but it isn't because Oda wanted to put it into the manga but had to make the decision to cut it for story constraints. So he gave the idea to anime team to adapt it into an episode
Yasopp is part of Shanks crew. He was in the flashback but you probably just don’t remember since you didn’t know who he was at the time. 👌
