Issues with Vimeo PSA!
Hey Patreon peeps! I had noticed that quite a bit of you were having issues with the Vimeo player consistently not working. It appears that Android devices especially have trouble with it. I do hear your frustrations and am currently looking into alternatives for hosting video content.

I just go on Google and use Patreon not the app and it seems to work but it be nice to use the app instead.
Streamable is pretty good
probably the best one from my experience
Can you go back to YouTube like you were doing before Vimeo
I was having the problem at first on my android but it's because I was using the patreon app. You have to go to the website in a browser for it to work
Vimeo won't work on the app cause it doesn't support embeds, but it'll work through a browser 🙂
It works for me when I sign into patreon through my browser on my phone. (Android user)
Vimeo for me on Android has worked fine, what is the problem people are having?
If you're on the patreon app and try to click a vimeo video, for me at least, it says there's no video there or there's an error. I have to go to patreon on my browser to play the videos
