THEY'RE BACK?! | Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood UNCUT TIMER REACTION Episode 18

Lot of these early plot points are quickly passed because they were more deeply explored in the 2003 series the story will start to get a lot more coherrent at around 25 episode point

They did a PIVOT!

Is it just me or does Lt. Colonel Hughes sound like DBZ's Krillin?

Chidori means 1000 birds, remember? It was named that way because the sound it made sounds like birds. So it kinda makes sense when you think about. Not to mention that Chidori was kind of Sasukes signature and Sasuke in the later parts of the show was always being symbolically compared to a hawk, and it was supposed to be a hawk sound effect.

you had me at mustang is so hard.

That bird did sound like a chidori.

I like the contrast of the origins of alchemy between Amestris (Ed's country) and Xing (Ling & Mei's country). In Amestris, alchemy is mainly used for militaristic purposes whereas in Xing, alkahestry is primarily used in the medical field. They both have the same legend depicting a wandering sage from the desert, but there's such a stark contrast in the ways each country uses their alchemy.

can't wait for next episode. Its so LIT

I really think you should do a couple "double-episode" reactions because when things pick up, it takes a couple episodes to go forward in time at all because so much is happening... You're really going to love this anime!

Ling is one of my favorite characters in the series aside from Edward. The whole cast in FMAB is amazing. Even side characters like Ross, Havoc and Falman (the guy with Barry) are memorable. I'm looking forward to all upcoming episodes. I can't remember a single episode I don't like in the whole series.

Barry's the best boi

You might've missed it but May was in reesembool when Ed and Armstrong got off the train

Early upload!!!! Yes!!
