[PATREON Content of the Day! - June 10]

Glad you liked the first couple episodes! This arc is def different from most arcs in Bleach, but I think that's what makes it very interesting to watch.

I really like what kubo does with this arc. Less fighting but I feel like it’s also faster paced (in the anime compared to the arranger saga) and focuses on the cast in a cool way

This arc gets a lot of hate for being slower than the typical action packed arcs we're used to, but it's a really important arc for Ichigo's character development

This arc is way over hated. Its a solid arc

goated arc

Yokochin is the guy that tried to break Chad's coin in the Chad flashback where he becomes friends with Ichigo

From the start of Bleach to the point where Ichigo loses his soul reaper powers is 8-9 months, and then we just had the 17 month time skip so that puts us at 25-26 months to this point in the show. Ichigo started the show at 15 years old and I believe in this episode would be 17, turning 18 in roughly 3-4 months time (currently April in the show and his birthday is July 15). He also experienced the 3 months in the Precipice World within 1 hour of Earth time so he's mentally 3 months older even though the physical effects of it on his body were reversed which Urahara stated was part of losing his powers.

I really didn’t like this arc when I watched bleach for the first time and haven’t rewatched any scenes so I’m interested to see if I like it more the second time round

Its an entirely different genre this arc, its funny you bring up HxH because they actually remind me of the characters from Chapter Black in Yu Yu Hakusho more so and its one of the most similar style arcs imo.

So this went up a day early on accident ENJOY LMAOOOOOO
