Random but I don’t think we ever see sajin shikai or did I miss it?

His shikai is just partially manifesting his bankai. Like when he slammed just his sword down instead of summoning the entire main body

Sorry for 3 comments but I thought about it more and you are right that it's ridiculous that Tosen ridicules Komamura for acting like a god at least considering all soul reapers are Shinigami which literally translates to, "Death God"

Also you're surprised by Tosen's motivations but you put Shippuden in high A tier and a woman dying is literally every villain's motivation in Shippuden. Tosen and Obito's motivations are totally the same. Also homicide isn't outlawed in the soul society if you're a Soul Reaper unless you kill another soul reaper or someone in a royal family. Kenpachi literally went around killing as many people as possible and was absolved of crime as soon as he became a soul reaper. Kudos to your respect of Komamura though I'll forgive your high ranking of Shippuden as Komamura would.

It doesn't go into as much detail as the light novel about it but the husband was essentially a celestial dragon so that's why nothing was done about it. He chose to do things in a weird way but I can see why he would absolutely despise the court guard for just letting that happen

grillo (part of Tosen's resurrección) means cricket (which explains the bug-like appearance), the other part, grillar to me means "to go insane" - not sure if that's what it's supposed to be

Tosen wanted revenge for his friend but he also disliked the corruption of the soul society in general that led to his friend's killer being unpunished. Soul Society itself is a pretty corrupt place in general where evil stuff like what happened to Tosen's friend happens pretty regularly. I mean hell, they literally have Mayuri who would do human experimentation and murder his own men. There is the whole thing with The Vizard and the Mod Souls as well where Central 46 was just going to execute them because they were viewed as dangerous or no longer useful. Aizen likely introuduced himself to Tosen and sweet talked Tosen while telling him that he would become the new god of the world and create a new world order where corruption is gone. Yes there may be sacrifices, but Tosen would view them as necessary to create a "just world" for all of eternity. TBH in the new world the old Gotei would really have no place since they would be antagonistic toward Aizen, so Tosen likely accepted the eradication of Gotei 13 as a necessity. Not saying it is the best logic ever (Tosen's logic is partially clouded due to revenge/hatred), but I do not entirely blame Tosen for thinking that Aizen is the one who would be able to fix everything that destroyed his life. Aizen was the only one who had the power to achieve something like that in his eyes. because he sees the current regime as beyond repair. One thing that I wish the story did to make Tosen's motives more coherent was to show a scene of Aizen explaining to Tosen that he could create a new just world or something along those lines, but we never saw that and it's just assumed.

With the whole Tosen switching sides thing, he wants justice, but he believes the current system is broken beyond repair. He’s willing to follow Aizen if it means achieving his version of justice. Tosen didn’t see himself as a murderer. He believed he was carrying out justice in a broken system. In his mind, he wasn’t killing for power or enjoyment he was helping tear down a corrupt world so a “truly just” one could be built. That’s why his character is tragic. His methods became extreme, but his motivation was still rooted in his idea of justice.

Tosen hated the world to begin with and more so the world that killed his friend, so he chose Aizen who offered a challenge to the world as it was. That was his Justice against the current world. But nah i getcha its an odd perspective.

I don't want to spoil to much, maybe CFYOW will get animated after the war arc. But think of the world nobles from OP in a way and you might get it without spoilers.
