yo Jack that comment about Dalton and Kureha was so out of pocket lmaooo
"I'd be racist too" was so out of pocket man, that shit had me dying lmaooo
Head canon until proven otherwise: it seems that most princesses that encounter Luffy develop a certain level of infatuation for him XD and he's not gonna do ANYTHING about it and I kinda hate him for it!!!
Only Luffy could have multiple princesses/ female leaders like him very much. Vivi, Rebecca, Mermaid Princess , Hancock etc
Lmao the fucking travelator reveal
It's such a tiny arc, but it's setting up the pieces for some of the craziest stuff in One Piece
It looks so good, how can you skip it so carelessly? It also serves to remind you of "serious luffy", show you character growth since this has been such a long journey for everyone whether weekly or binging, among being a really excellent recap.
its just redundant, and im sure jack has analyzed this show enough to understand the emotional impact of the strawhats journeys on the present time just by characters coming back.
it just doesn't stop !
Great thumbnail, great title, and great reaction. Jack may forget some key details sometimes but he recognizes a major lore drop when it happens and freaks out accordingly. Reminded me of exactly how I felt and how long it took to process.
That reaction to Wapol was worth every penny 🤣
Funny enough: Travellator is an actual term for it.
Yeah Jack was teasing Oda for his naming here but lets be real, human beings aren't very creative when it comes to naming things in general: Elevator- thing that elevates, Microwave - Thing that transmits micro waves, Printer - Thing that prints ink onto paper, Computer - Machine that computes, Calculator - Machine that calculates. And so on... we kind of just name things what they do.
After that cold turkey ending reaction the last arc we updated people saw is going to melt Jack's brain.
The duality of man: “They’re so welcoming yes, Racism is dead” ~ a few seconds later “I get it I’d be racist too”
Giants aren't affiliated with the WG, so no giant representation in Reverie
Fun fact, General Franky is made from Wapometal, an alloy manufactured by Wapol. It's manufacture made him rich so he married Miss Universe (yes Kinderella) and he eventually became King 😂 😂 😂
pls maybe consider since we've got lots of filler, to include eps 886 to 889 this weekk sunday's upload and then next week should be back to regulars tbh since wano starts 890 actually
You weren't in the wrong for forgetting Stelly. Stelly deserves to be fogotten.
Jack, just to let you know that from episode 890 we are in the Wano arc, even if stupid Crunchyroll says we're still in Reverie (we aren't) and that Wano only starts at 892 (it doesn't). Just so you can accurately categorize the content with tags!
LETS GOOOOO!
note: there are a LOT of sync-ups in these as Reverie contained a lot of filler!! after this week it should be back to the regular formula
no worries, this was expected with Reverie so you're good!
