Awesome reaction. This moment was so powerful, it still brings a tear to my eye. We were strung along the entire time... I think this twist was so hard to anticipate and hits you so hard. The fact that they not only bow, but also smile at Kinemon and Kanjuro is crazy wholesome. They harbor no regrets over their decision to hide Raizo, and only think of being loyal to their friends and allies above all else.

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but the mid scenes poster stuff is usually used to signify the start of the commercial break and the second one to signify the end of the commercial break and the anime starting again as it's usually broadcasted on TV channels.

I think about this scene every now and then and for me it's a reminder of what's actually possible for an anime. The attention to detail for every character and the hidden backstories we didn't know existed make this world feel so alive and unpredictable. GODA

Yep, exactly. Unimportant or not, I don't think any of them would sell their comrade out. It's not about the importance of the person, it's about loyalty to your friends and allies no matter the cost.
