All I need to say is Buckle up
Based on the RPG aspect of the show, I'm thinking "job change" has to do with how "job" is used sometimes as a synonym of class. So, for example, Song's job/class could be Warrior, that the quest could let him change to Rogue or Mage or Healer. (Idk what the jobs are in Solo Leveling, I just picked out some classics.)
The last two episodes will be very interesting to say the least, episode 11 starts the Job Change arc and 12 SHOULD end it, I honestly would recommend waiting to watch both episodes if you dislike cliffhangers.
Episode 12 will be the end of cour 1 or part 1 of this season. Season 1 total episodes are 24. I like how they're adding new scenes for more of these important side characters more screen time. Adding Jeju Island throughout the story in this season really builds up the hype for the newcomers in which the manhwa version never was mentioned until much later on. Really like the changes in the anime version.
