Website Patreon Portal

All,

We have now removed the "Patreon Portal" from the Minecolonies.com website..  Most of the info on there was outdated, and all new Patreon content/information will be delivered directly through this Patreon Site.

The Patreon Forum still exists, however we will be removing the original 3 forums we have now (Public, Developer and Patreon) - and re-starting with a new cleaner forum at some point in the near future :)
