Death by Degrees video is LIVE
Howdy GGN,
We got a video in the can! Thanks so much for your support and for waiting a little longer than usual on this one. I felt like I was on a bit of a creative roll and just kept throwing bits at it because they were flowing, ya know? My process is increasingly stream of consciousness haha. Hopefully it doesn't come off as a scatterbrained mess and you find some enjoyment watching me untangle a franchise I've only experienced in my childhood periphery.
There's a couple gags in there that span about a fraction of a second yet took an hour or two to edit, but thanks to a recent CPU upgrade, my rig crashes substantially less frequently (still often though hehe) so I felt compelled to keep doing silly things like that. Anyways, give it a watch if you're interested. Also, the discord poll as determined that the next game review will be Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, which i'm already jumping on because i'm psyched to be working on it. Also, I've been vetting some things for a new patron-only video venture that I think has the potential to be pretty funny but I'm not gonna speak it outloud because I have a tendency of being picky with those. The rules I invented for them for no real reason seems to be that they are big, research-heavy things so I'll let you know if I make substantial progress on any of em.
Anyways, I can never repeat enough how grateful I am for your support and for allowing me to explore different realms of content and improve production, etc. Not to mention the whole keeping me housed/fed thing, that's really the big one. Hope your new year has been goth and full of gaming <3

I’d love to see you cover Ghosthunter on PS2! Same studio as Primal, a really interesting failed experiment (also its ghosts! You like ghosts!)
Kurt Vortigaunt is the best username ever.
Any chance you’d do Devil’s Third? I’ll gift it if interested.
The Steve1989 cross over was not something I expected in a Grim video. The spoon taping on the glass had me dying. Great work!
Literally joined just so I could tell you your end of video demo song is pure fire and I eagerly await some kind of download for it
Great stuff Grim! I'm curious about how you felt putting this one together? I mean less so about the recognition of the (pretty straightforward) exploitative male gaze, but rather: when you're in a target rich environment of shit that is kinda just inherently, deliberately exploitative, what's the process of picking one clip over another?
funny ones first, I’d wager
The MRE bit was a fun change of pace! I encourage you to continue experimenting with your formula with stuff like that.
A 2+ hour video out a little over a month after the last is great turnover, keep em comin
Spaced spotted! What a great show <3

A 2-hour video about a game I've never heard of before? Hell yeah, can't wait.
Getting an alert for a video post from you midway through a 12 hour shift is amazing. Thank you for all the hard work Grim

An ugly work day - and honestly start to 2025 - redeemed with the arrival of a new Grim video. As always, thanks for making these. Not sure what it is about your humour that works so well for me, but it's right on the mark and gives me laughs when I need them most.
Thank you grimbus! Stream of consciousness is the only way to exist imo

happy new year sir, excited to watch!
It’s still mind blowing the made a survival horror style tekken spin off that doesn’t involve any of the supernatural characters, give me that yoshimitsu sci-fi horror game!
