Lanterns S2E02 Watch A Long
Hey Peaches! This mystery is only getting deeper, and we didn't even go to the 'present' timeline in this episode. We can't even tell who the good guys are. Is it the aliens out for revenge? The sheriff? Maybe even Sinestro? And something way more important was going on with that bird, but we just can't figure out what?!?

That really was Aaron Pierre running in that scene. The stunt guy they had couldn't recreate his run realistically or match his speed, so they just let him do it himself. Also, in the current Green Lantern comics, John Stewart has found out he doesn't need a physical ring. He can just project constructs all on his own.
Easter Eggs: So we now know that Sherriff KANE is from Gotham right, AND in episode 1 when John goes to get Hal out of jail, she's on the phone and says "Tell Barb I said hey" Barb Gordan mayhaps?
Also with Kane as a surname I wonder if there's any relation to Kate? Like maybe a cousin
in a recent comic, Green Lantern:War Journal John in a fit of grief and pain creates a perfect construct of his deceased sister as a kid who looks over his dementia riddled mother. it stays whether he has the ring on or not. its a sad story I recommend it
