CD .557c Queen Part IV - 9/4/26
This is just a small update to address a bunch of typos and missing/incorrect images. Fun times with the Queen and Friends will be out soon.
And for those that don't have access to the polls, the CD renpy remake will be stretched out across two semesters. No more crisis every time you try to take a nap.
All of the old teachers from the first semester will still exist in the second semester, but new teachers will also be added and integrated into earlier content as well (so they don't just spring out of nowhere once the next semester starts).
It also means that in general, in the remake you'll be able to engage with each event that's available in a given time period. The order of events will still matter, and you won't be able to pursue every branch of each event in non-cheat runs, but it should help to make things less stressful.
EDIT (.555a): This update is just the skeleton for more stuff to come out. You can currently try to rebel against the queen with the demons, leading to permanent consequences for you or her. The fun times themselves did not make it in just yet, but all of the clips are in the folder now and there's over 60 new ones, so yeah there's a lot coming for it still. Right now, the only path that goes from start to finish is if you fail and get yourself killed in a rebellion against the queen, but more will get fleshed out.
EDIT (.557a): This update makes a lot of progress with what I'm calling the "Top Dog" route where you basically tell the queen "Look at me, I'm the captain now." It finishes her, Rachel, and Kayla's scenes here, but stops before getting into the meat with the remaining demons. In the final version on this path, you'll have Keera, Candy, Raven, and Zahra as well, assuming they're otherwise alive and present. I did remove the start of the rebellion route that was previously written in the other version. I'm going to rework that one in a very different direction now that Top Dog handles all of the "MC wins" type of routes.
EDIT (.557b): Keera and Candy are now in for the Top Dog route as well. The other routes aren't in just yet but they're coming. EDIT (.557c): Raven's is in now as well. The last one for this route is Zahra, but she's going to need some more clips before she's in. Once this full run is finished, the other routes (like siding with the queen) will be easier to wrap up.

When I update the side bar says "Error: cannot find a closing tag for HTML " and the version says ".557c/span>". Is it fine?
I played the update and didn't encounter any errors that I could tell and I had the same thing
Is it me but when I get passed the Professor Stein moment after the Kendra Lust dream, that I get an error, that doesn’t let me pass. What do I do?
Make sure that the sidebar says you're up to the latest version. If you are, feel free to send me a message on Discord and maybe we can figure out what's going on.
If I understand correctly we will be able to interact with more than one event in a class or situation now without cheating. Is that correct?
So in the case of a class, you'd still choose one event and then proceed to the next class. What's different though is let's say there was an event in History that could only be done on the second Wednesday or you missed it forever in the original game. In the remake, that second Wednesday event will be available in every History class until you pick it OR until you progress to the next chapter/month/season/whatever we call it. Another example would be Titus. Instead of having one week to take care of him and do other stuff, now defeating Titus will just be at the end of the chapter, and you're free to do whatever's available in that chapter without getting rushed. You will always choose when to officially end a chapter and move on to the next one, if you sleep at any point before that you just continue progressing through the weeks in that chapter until you decide to move on. Certain arcs and stuff won't be resolved within a single chapter. Usually each chapter will have another event in a character's chain, but then you'll have to wait until the next chapter to progress it further. So everything still happens at roughly the same time narratively as in the original CD, but stuff is spread out more and has more room to breathe. It also makes it easier for people that don't want to neglect characters purely for time crunch reasons.
