Hey... I have bad news and good news...
Since I can't ask you which one you want to know first, I'll start with the bad ones.
Maybe you can see it on Mida and Isabella's laptop, but I'll tell you anyway, Steam rejected and banned Ataegina Demo page, not allowing changes or re-submissions. The exact motive I don't know, it can be because they saw something they don't like, or whomever review it was in a bad mood, or it didn't have enough user following to matter to them.
So for now at least, there won't be a build of Ataegina on Steam.
But I did say there was some good news too right?
The steam main page is still up and running and I will release the demo for you anyway, not on steam, but here, on my website and on the places where I'm allowed to.
I will still consider making some future changes and try steam again, I may not enjoy it but I have to admit that they are the platform that has the most potential on turning my game developing "hobby", into my actual job, and that would be amazing. At least for me xD
Anyway that's it for now, I hope to have the build ready in a few days and if you can, give the game a wishlist so maybe we become big enough to make an impact on them.

Is there somewhere that I can get a walkthru for Act2 v1.0? I bought it on Itch.io, and the only walkthru I've been able to find is one that stops at v.71
Hi, i think some rules are meanigful like no sex rape etc with under age ( but i dont understand some games with torture or rape etc. or women are nothing like a sextoy are not forbidden ) I think hypocrisy in some country i never understand like prostituon are forbidden but you can problem-free go to a prostiute and everbody now it...but that is my view of this situation. I hope you find a good solution for your problem.
For me the only good thing, that i not have to deal with Steam, all this releases on steam are not available in Germany. Sometimes i hate all this shit, that steam use his power to decide where a game is possible to buy and where not or that they decide what game is good to host and what not, at the end let choose the User, but they don´t give us this chance. As a big company that must be easy for them to make a age verification, that they are on the legal side and no get trouble. I mean games with sexual or violent content are not forbidden in Germany
Indeed, that's what I've been saying...Somehow violence, murder, blood and torture (which are illegal) are all fine. But if there's nudity or sex (which is legal) it's now a problem.

What a bummer! Surely they banned the game because of the beginning, the MC starts his training in this kind of magic school when he is very young, and then years pass and he is older, but his age is never made clear. Steam probably thought that since he's still living at the academy, he's still underage, and now he's having sex with his girlfriend and other classmates 😒. Steam bans are always for involving high school themes or minors in something suspicious. The most annoying thing is that they do not allow you to rectify and appeal or present another build that meets the requirements, it is always up to the luck of the person you touch in the control and with which foot they got up 🤦🏻♂️. There are people who have been luckier and have been given the go ahead for minor issues.
Yeah, I'll have to think about the next move considering Steam, they are a big platform so they get to make the rules however they see fit. Thanks ;)

I did quite a bit of research on this a while ago since it seemed that Steam had gotten much stricter as to what they would accept. I cannot remember the exact details anymore, but "Apple Computer" went after them for some reason that was completely unrelated to an AVN. Rather than figure out how to separate the problem games, they went after everything. Now if you make something obscure like an AVN you are still lumped in with the huge, extremely violent games. I know this makes no sense but Steam is so big, that they don't really care. Hopefully this will get resolved without too much trouble.
Yeah, it appears that sex and nudity is far more dangerous and criminal than grabbing a machine gun and shooting everyone in sight, at least according to what is accepted in games...
