I'm choosing to believe that Maeve is simply getting her turn as the bride first, and Estia catching the bouquet places her as the next in line. The girls *did* semi officially agree to share MC after all, and there's no stated reason he CAN'T marry all of them one at a time with a nice wedding for each of them when it's their turn.
