Pregancy, New Life and some needed changes

This update should have gone up a bit earlier, but I wanted a clear answer for every point in this discussion before posting.

Pregnancy

First, pregnancy as a feature that could be officially integrated into the game.

Going in, there were a few things I was watching for: whether it would spark real discussion, and whether it would pull in new players or support to justify the addition. It's not a small build, roughly fifty new models plus the dev time to wire it in, using a method you currently won't find anywhere but CoR.

Over the test period, the discussion and the new audience didn't really materialize. On paper, that's the cue to scrap it and move on.

I'm not going to. I'm integrating it fully anyway. Interactives, translations and plenty of other things were tied to goals that were never actually reached, I built them regardless, because what goes into CoR is decided by what's better for the game, not by whether a target gets hit. Pregnancy is the same call.

We just need to decide whether to keep it exactly as it is or to scale down the models, making only one size available.

New Life

If pregnancy goes in, New Life has to change. There have already been several reports of players confusing New Life with pregnancy, and two near-identical systems that lead to different outcomes doesn't make much sense. There are a few ideas on the table, one is tying New Life to the protagonist's "Void" status, where interacting with the girls leads to a kind of contamination that changes their appearance over time. That's one possibility; I'll settle on the best route as it takes shape.

Support

The last topic is the stagnation of support. At this point it's clear that improvements on their own, new features, aren't translating into more support, or into the discoverability that would let me reinvest in development. So the focus shifts to adding more value to the tiers themselves.

A few things were proposed. One was tier-exclusive content, locking parts of the game behind support. Honestly, that's not a practice I like, so it's off the table. The game stays whole for everyone.

What does make sense:

Cheats. There have been several requests lately for codes to speed things up or skip ahead, earnings, stats, gallery and more. These are coming, and they'll be tier-based, from Guardian tier upwards.

Early access. Right now early access goes to everyone at once. That could change to priority by tier:

  • Celestial and above — immediate

  • Ethriam and Abyssal — 5 days later

  • Hidden and Guardian — 10 days later

Build phases spaced 5 days apart, 15 days of early access in total, with the public version landing on the 20th–25th, a wider gap between early access and the public release.

That should be all. Let me know what you think about these three points, they matter a lot, and every comment, criticism or query gets read.

I think you are on a good path here. It's nice to see what your thoughts are, and I'm glad you are not tossing out the preg work/content. I just checked to make sure my $ membership was up to date. Can't give ya all of my paycheck, but it all ads up to something right? Hope it helps ya keep at it. Thanks for giving us all something to entertain ourselves with.

The one thing I know is that you’ve never let me dow, unlike Corrupted Kingdoms, you’ve remained consistent and always delivered great quality. My dream is to be able to work so I can contribute financially to your creation.

What is the early pregnancy code? I can't wait to download because of the internet.

You mean early access code? The new public just released, you can use that.

Will pregnancy be implemented in the game, and will the protagonist's children be part of the story??

maybe

I'm sad that Pregnancy content has to be scaled back a bit. It's the main reason behind my patreon subscription. That said, I understand the reasoning behind it.

Project Will · June 24, 2026

It's not being scaled, it's about leaving the double models for the little ones or only one, so just removing one growing phase, it's still a decision to take, not confirmed yet.

I'm glad you continued with the pregnancy theme it's something I'd love to see in the game

I'm for it. More options and features the better imo

Sounds good to me. Keeping things free in exchange for a cheat code thing sounds way better than locking content. As for the pregnancy/ new life thing not generating new support. I think that's more on the side of there not being enough promotion of content. Have you thought about maybe putting the game out as an Early Access Alpha build on Steam or something? Because I know a lot of people left Itch due to it's policy changes and haven't come back.

There’s been quite a bit of publicity on Reddit, Itchio, X and other sites; perhaps more was needed. It’s not possible on Steam, as the game uses Koi for development.

That all sounds very well thought through, good plan.

What do you mean by contamination in New Life? Also how do you use the reactor in the basement?

P
Project Will · June 24, 2026

To give a simple example, having lewd encounters or intimate contact with the girls instils a change in them due to the nature of the MC; once a certain threshold is reached, the transformation takes place, and it’s similar to how ‘Noble’ and ‘Feral’ work at the moment, but without the pregnancy element. For the reactor, you need to collect pure etheria from the forest.

Glad you're not skipping pregnancy content. Also happy you're not looking to lock in parts of the game behind tiers.

Well its a little sad to hear that there wasn't the engagement needed to hit the goal, but I am excited to hear that the content will be coming anyways. For how much the game has changed sinc ei first started supporting it, Im always excited to see it change and grow. Ultimately it is a labor of love and hopefully its still fun and worth the effort you have put into it cuz i know ive enjoyed every bit of it. I can see how the new life and pregnancy can be a bit confusing since one kinda filled in the gap while the second one was not implemented yet. Maybe there is a way to tie the first into the second? Like after unlocking both new life tranformations the girls start being like "hmmmmm maybe this belly and stuff would be cool for reals" and then the pregnancy path opens up after a quest that proves devotion? For the paywal locks and stuff, I truly think what ever ypu chose is best, youve been kind enough to let it be free for all thie entire time, and i respect that you are sticking by it. The cheats being locked and the early acces gap being wider i think is a good start and maybe there is a bit more that could be paywalled to add "enticement" but that feels like something that needs lots of thinking over. All in all, im excited to see where this project keeps going and thank you for all the hardwork!

He already said he wouldn't lock main content behind paywalls

Appreciate you not locking features behind tiers, cheats makes sense. Also appreciate the inclusion of preg content, and i hate how it feels like these works of passion get stuck on revenue growth as a function. I hate the system artists are stuck on, and thats why im on patreon. I hope you're still enjoying what you're making.
