Nope, if you follow the rules, there are no problems.
While in general I really like the idea, my very first thought was also "Corrupted Kingdoms". The very existence of the children would have meant either the Developer removes the children entirely, or facing to get dropped from the platform. Sure, he still is on another platform, the problem with that is, one simply has to calculate with losing a substantial amount of the support one would be able to get, after not everyone is able (the platform takes none of my cards at all, despite all has been fine with it in the past. ) or willing to support there. So do I like the idea? A lot. But I don't think it is a good idea, if Patreon could just let the hammer fall as a consequence for that. Because at the end of the day I still wish, for a successful conclusion of the game, rather to scrape by with a financial fracture and a lot of hope that someone hopefully will join me elsewhere to conclude the project.
The problem with that incident was the presence of a little girl in a lewd scene involving a brainwashed girl. Here, things like that will never happen.
I agree with those saying that the game will likely be attacked by Patreon if you add it. I love the idea and want to see it happen, but realistically, I think it would cause way more trouble than it's worth. I think since the problem stems from the children, not the pregnancy, perhaps a system where you get specific girls pregnant for the storyline, but the game ends before birth? Or maybe some kind of trade-off system, where you get one benefit from them if they are not pregnant (maybe they can act as a combatant), but different benefit if they are (perhaps they can only switch to a support type role)? It's not a problem of pregnancy or children, you can't make a lewd scene of a brainwashed girl hiding behind a little girl. And anyway, the poll stated that there would be conditions to follow for this to happen.
I have the same feeling as Krimm Fortuna, I love the idea, but patreon staff are lazy scumbags that will just nuke your page without actually looking into it
Bad Idea. There was another h-game, Corrupted Kingdoms, that got dropped by Patreon just for having children in it, even though they weren't even remotely sexualized. I absolutely LOVE the idea, and would be thrilled to see it, but Patreon would try to kill your project if you implemented it.
Not for having childrens in it, but for having a children presence in a lewd, that's different.

It would be really cool, interesting, and exciting to see your women pregnant. Plus, it would be a good excuse for a future installment or sequel to the game.
I like the idea and think it would add even more depth to the characters. Additionally, I believe it would make you want to invest more into the character of your choosing, see their arc to fruition, and would a nice unique gameplay mechanic to enjoy.
I played another game in the past where the pregnancy/children thing was handled pretty well. Basically, the cute monster girls that you got pregnant give birth, you can name the children, then the children are sent to a nursing-home like place, where they basically grow up and live together. They grow up really fast (because magic I guess?) to look like preteens with physical features inherited from their mothers. You can visit them and do activities together, though I don't remember much about that part of the game. I think a similar mechanics could work well in CoR.
I think this would be a great and fun addition. How its implemented can vary aswell. Actively, it can be something like watching the girls be pregnant, give birth and then taking care of the kids. The problem becomes how many can they have lol, but that doesnt pull away from the heft of the meaning of children. It solidifies the bonds between the girls and MC more and makes the story seem more real with even more value. Passively it could be like some end-story epilogue where you see the kids with their respective moms? Idk about that one i like the active one more.
It would enable us to have a deeper connection to the characters we already enjoy. As well as what the earlier comment said, a deeper connection to the world as the MC and from our own perspective.
That would give us more connection to the world in case of losing control
