You missed them talking about kids int he OR because you were talking during it so I'm glad you went back to hear it at the end. You talked over a lot of the episode this time but that was the most important piece of context you missed. It would have helped a bit with understanding Owen's blow up was about multiple things. But yea when one person in the relationship wants kids while the other doesn't the relationship is pretty much over unless one of them doesn't feel strongly about their original stance. Otherwise it'll just breed resentment and a break up down the line.
