Happy New Year everyone, and what to come in 2026
Hey guys!
I know this post comes a little late, but my new year started a bit rought with the damn flu. I still want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I hope everyone had a great Holiday with your family and/or friends and I hope 2026 will be an even better and more successful year for all of you.
I want to thank everyone the fantastic 2025 here on Patreon. Without you, none of the comics would be possible. You are the best audience an artist can wish for, and this is why I feel so bad for not be able to giving anything nearly close to a stellar performance in the past months.
I'm well aware the slowed down production output and the frequent delays on new updates. I'm really happy that so many of you still remained a supporter despite the current state of things and my shortcomings, but I don't want to take it as granted and certainly don't want to test anyones patience. In fact, I really want to put things back on track how it was before and even try to win back the favore of those who might be angry or disappointed with me. This is my new years vow. I know people can rarely keep them, but I will try to work on myself to get back into a better mental state.
I have so many plans and ideas to create... but I know I must try to keep a realistic approach and focus on things. For this, I will only focus on completing ongoing projects first and will not start anything new until the ongoing 3 comics are finished and then work on that one community vote winning comic from so long ago.
The second thing I want to work on is the length of comics. Maybe i'm alone with this, but I feel like the length of my works really went out of control, unless you like the longer format. Please let me know what you think about this.
When i'm done with the ongoing projects, I want to start a new format of comic creating. I aways want two projects in work at a time. One as a longer vote on comic, and the other one as short or mid length $10 backer comic.
YES! Hopefully I can finally bring back the revard for the $10 tier this year once I have worked off the huge backlog of comics i'm rolling before me.
As for the first thing this month, I keep working on the Halloween comic... in January... yeeeah... The year start promising... But I will do my best to finish it as fast as possible. I think I will have new update on Monday.
I hope you will like the plans I have and please wish me luck so I can make them real. Let us all have an amazing 2026. I raise my glass to all of you amazing people :)

tonight?
I'm doing my best to have something out very late tonight, but it's not impossible that only tomorrow. We'll see how much progress I can make today.
I’m a little late to this, but of course I want to wish a Happy New Year to everyone, Sitri especially! For my two-cents; I don’t think any of us would complain about the volume of content you provide per month, but I’d also speak on behalf of a lot of subscribers when I say we don’t expect you to pump out 90+ pages per week. As with all forms of art, it takes a lot of time to create. Setting yourself achievable goals that help with productivity, like how many pages you want completed per day/week. I’ll always be pleased to see you stepping back into unfinished comics, and I’m especially looking forward to seeing them completed so that we can get onto the new stuff! A good goal to keep would be to make sure a script is air-tight before starting on a new comic, which could help with minimising the unnecessary bulk. For me, the best examples of shorter but effective comics you’ve released recently were ‘(Mis)Fortune Cookies’ and ‘One Hell of a Special’. They both have a setup to the plot and characters, and then jump straight into the TF’s. I don’t have a problem with your longer comics, but shorter ones doesn’t always mean that they aren’t as effective. The main thing for 2026 should be, don’t overwork yourself! I really hope that by the end of the year, you can find a healthier relationship to your work so that you feel more productive and don’t experience too much burnout! As always, looking forward to seeing what you do this year! <3
Well said!
Your average comic should be like, 1/3 the length of what it is. It's harder for you, and it's not better for the reader.
Thank you, I appreciate your opinion. I will really try to reduce the length as much as possible. I hope I can do it.
Just don't do any holiday specials longer than 10 frames, and you'll be OK.
I keep that in mind XD
I am glad you feel better and can't wait for you to get more comics out. Hopefully rest of the year be better for you. I like all your transformation comics. Hope you have a good day.
Thank you so much. It makes me really happy to hear you enjoy my comics, I will try not to diappoint with my future projects, I hope you have a great day as well :)
I'm happy with any length as long as the wait isn't too long to get to the good stuff. It would also be really helpful if you could put a new post each time you update a comic, I've mentioned before that I wasn't aware of any updates because I have Patreon emails turned off, so when I load the app to check you never show up because you haven't posted recently, whereas the others I follow are always being updated. Just an idea to try and get you some more exposure 😊
Thank you for your opinion. Yes, you have a point with the update sytem. My issue was that I mad way to many small updates and they just clogs the post history. It just seemed easier to update the older notifications since everyone should get a notification when I update them. But you and a few more are a special case when this does not seems to work. I will look into it :)
Hi Sitri, Happy new year! My little opinion on the length-topic: Obviously the main part of the content is transformation. However story before or how the character handles the transformation afterwards can be cool as well. Maybe you can reduce the amount of pages outside the main part slightly to get “faster” to the Tf (e.g. first Tf starts between slide 20-30 instead of 50-80). First Tf on slide 70 or so often means 2-3 updates which often means ~2 months waiting time between the announcement and real good stuff :P You could also differ a bit between bigger and smaller projects, while bigger projects can handle more story around the tf. However, just my suggestion/opinion. Either way i am exited for your 2026 content :)
Thank you very much, I will try to earn yor trust with more fun comics. Thank you for your opnion, your really have good points in there and brought several things that I had some thoughts about. I will try to incorporate them for fututre projects :)
Longer projects can be good at times, but getting them finished so you can move on to something new and not feel shackled to them is also good. Maybe a mix?
Yes, I think so too. That would be the best way forward.
I prefer shorter comics. Why not set yourself a limit of 50 pages max and try to tell your story within that space?
Thank you for your opinion. It would speed things up for sure, but that would not leave much to introducing characters. I was thinking around 100 pages at max. Still half the length of my usual comics and give enoug space to exploare the characters.
What's the status on the game comic?
That's the third project in line. After I finish the current Halloween one and the one I left unfinished before, The Reality APP, I get back to it.
Game Night Series is what brought me here originally, looking forward to more of it. Prefer a longer one with shorter ones mixed in.
Thank you very much for your opinion. I think you're right and that's my way forward in the future. The Game Night will continue after the two in progress comics are finished.
I think there's a nice balance to be found in story length. When you've got a good idea you want to get as much from it as you can and knowing when 'less is more' is tough.
Thank you for your opinion, and you're right. I focuse on longer things so much that I forgot how to make anything short. I really need to relearn that and do things much more balanced
Hi happy new year 🎉 ✨️ get well soon remember to rest for your body to recover
I wish you a Happy New Year as well, and thank you. I think my body just had enough and went on strike to have a break. I really should do things in a more healthy way.
Personally I like the recent longer comics, but maybe that's because you've had a shorter ones occasionally in between them. As for the 3 ongoing ones, obviously it's the Halloween comic, I'm guessing the Hero comic, but what is the 3rd one? And by community comic you mean the reality app I'm guessing. If so, it kinda sucks it got pushed to the back just before it was getting really good, but whatever I enjoy your content anyway so I can wait for a while
Thank you, i'm always happy to hear your opinion. Well, the 3 ongoing comics are the Halloween one, the Reality APP and the Game Night. The community one was a Mothers day comic that was voted on a long time ago and i still need to do it. Then I move back to the My Heroes comic :)
I think overall the length has gotten a bit much. But having one long comic and some shorter bite sized works I think would be easier for you to maintain. Regardless I love your work and hope this year is as awesome as last year!
Thank you very much, and I appreciate your opinion and honesty. You are right, I really need to better manage the comics length and balance shorter and longer works, which I intend to do.
So update next Monday? Also Happy new year glad you’re doing well!
Thank you very much :) Yes, I aim for later Monday
