Recipes & Cookbook Menu Info
Hi everyone!
Just a quick update for you about the recipes and cookbook menu for Grannies Cookbook.
After looking into the new pack a little more, I will need to do some changes with my recipes to allow for the new prepped ingredients to be used. Just a heads up this is going to take a while because I need to add new ingredients and edit the existing cooking process for the new tuning.
Good news is that they still work as they are!
So the plan is that I will update a handful of recipes at a time to balance making new recipes alongside updating the old ones. I will make a note and link them when Grannies Cookbook is updated and make a separate announcement for stragglers throughout the month.
There is a lot of recipes so please allow me time to make my way through them 馃檲
I'll also do some additional tidying up, tags, pricing, ingredients etc.
As for the cookbook menu - I am currently updating that now, however, it won't use the new categories as it doesn't seem to be customisable like I thought it would be. Instead the update will just be adding the new appearance to the menu (background) and also the 'use prepped ingredients' toggle in preparation for when my recipes are updated (it won't really do much at the moment).

I love this so much! The dishes are just lovely to look at! I am wondering if it is ok to post paintings my sim did of the dishes? "We" (my sim and I lol ) are making a bakery and diner and she has been painting her heart out to showcase these wonderful delightful delectable dishes! I would of course direct anyone who download to come and get your mod so they can make/bake/cook them too! I will await your response as I don't want to ruffle any feathers. Thank you for sharing your talent with us all!

Whew, Jess, I'm going through and organizing the CC I have in my own computer right now. Tags, locations, everything organized by creator folder. That is to say, if you look too long at S4S and all of the tags associated with CC, you'll go cross eyed! Take your time with upping the items to have prepped ingredients. Thanks for letting us know it on the menu, so to speak.
I mean im just going to say, take your time. I mean my sim doesnt have time to prep ingrediants that go bad before cooking meals anyways. I mean, right guys?
