EA Canning Optional Add-on

This is a small add-on so that you can have EA's canning recipes available in the Homestead Basket recipe menu.

This does NOT override the recipes but instead creates a new recipe for the same canned preserve, therefore these changes will only effect the versions available through the Homestead Helper Basket.

Changes I have made:

• Ingredients are no longer always required unless the Simple Living lot trait is active

• Canning recipes have been organised for the menu categories for easier sorting
