No Emotion Deaths

Is dying of laughter unrealistic to you? Of dying of embarrassment? Are you one of those simmer's who doesn't use MCCC but wants to stop these ridiculous deaths? Now, your Sim can enjoy the wheel of emotions without the risks!

This file should prevent deaths from being:

  • Enraged

  • Mortified

  • Hysterical

Note: Keep in mind, this mod will conflict with anything that edits the related Hidden Mood buffs themselves. For example, if you use Erple Derple's Keep my Walkstyle Mods. However, if you use that mod and want to use it, I will gladly help you edit the file or edit it based on which death is not being prevented.  I did notice that adding the walk style mod to the Coolspears Override folder did not work in preventing a conflict.

I like playing with emotional deaths most of the time, but for some reason my students kept dying almost every day of anger or embarrassent during active high school. It was unplayable. So thank you, you saved my Sim's high school years.

Does this mod still work? I have had so many deaths of laughter it's getting annoying and I don't want to install MC Command Center at this moment. Thanks man!

I have a question - does your version of this mod disable ALL emotional deaths? I really would like to keep the death by anger and disable the other two.

I'm so grateful to you for this "life saving" mod (no pun intended he he). Honestly I don't understand it... what were they thinking seeing my sims' hysteria result in death is not funny. Well it happened to me again today... I was not laughing but instead very annoyed. Thank you so much for this mod. 💝

Maybe had they included death by sadness I wouldn't think these emotion deaths stupid. But they didn't, so I'd rather not have them in my game. 🤷‍♀️
