In accordance with the results of January's poll, the vamping of Tasha will be part of March's release of Bloodlines v0.35.
In accordance with the results of February's poll, the vamping of Heidi will be part of April's release of Bloodlines v0.36.

Tried deleting saves (found the renpy folder with savegames as well), still no access to Oliver in book 2.
Maybe try to ask on discord, if someone doesn't upload their save with everything done. In this game doesn't matter if you get the save somewhere else.
Is there a cheat code to unlock all bloodlines? Because it says to play Oliver's line to see the content, but Oliver has no bloodline available for me. Tbh, with the game releasing one content patch per month roughly, it would be great if there just was a button that gave you a save-state that had everything up to the new patch cleared and available to play. Just put a warning that if you're playing for the first time, you should not use that button.
Oliver's Bloodline says to play through Stacy's Bloodline to unlock him. His Bloodline starts when he leaves the cafe. If you want to experience ONLY the new content, you should try playing without the Book One patch installed.
