It is actually very simple! First, download and install v0.33.1 (which you have already done). Then, apply the Book One Patch (instructions are in the .zip, but just make sure patch.rpa is in the "game" folder). You will now have the full game installed, but there is a chance your saves will refer to old code. Try replaying the Bloodlines, if this happens to you.
