WIP - Chelye / Cheelai (Dragon Ball Super)
With the new Dragon Ball movie release, it was the right time to make an update to Chirai / Chilay / Chelye, whatever her name is, in spanish will be "Chile" or "Ají Picante" :v

imho she has such a basic look but i havent seen a scouter as an accessory before also when was the last time we got Green skin eh? also is the chestplate seprate?
