How far does the game go? I completed all 4 quests for Dany and both for Sansa. Now both can only dance in the Tavern and I can sell Dany´ s panties to rodrick. Is there anything else to continue the story?

If you're done with first round of "Games of Whores" then yeah, that's it currently. Also there's different mini-events in the game depends on Dany's costumes.
