0839 and 084 progress news!

Hello everyone!

My plan is to push out 0839 around Christmas as a somewhat smaller hotfix/update than what we're used to with those version increments. 0.8.3.10 goes out after that, around mid-January, while my main focus is on 0.8.4.

Some listed features in the Discord progress-list channel might still make it into those updates, or in 084, but I am going to prioritize "the four big ones" (Stacey, threesomes, educator revamp and overhauled offsprings) from now on. I'd rather have those engines finished before continuing on other major frameworks or WIP features, so I don't have to go back and make additional adjustments.

ETA 0839 Tier4+ Alpha is set for next week, and will despite my current 084 focus contain some interesting new features such as sawmills, 80+ new wardrobe renders and countless tweaks/bug fixes!
