OMG.....Love this...Awesome work...
Thank you so much! ^^
Hei Rubyred! Again..several of your build's roof's are broken. Sulani Surf Bar also, Bubble tea ..and so on :((((
Hello, I just looked into the missing roof issue online and found that it was caused by the July 2 game update. According to Sims Community, EA plans to release another update on July 21 to fix the roof issue. You can view the article here: The Sims 4 Roof Bug – Sims Community: https://simscommunity.info/2026/07/01/the-sims-4-roof-bug-sims-4-patch/ Thank you very much for reporting this to me!
Hi Ruby, love the work! I believe the WeTransfer CC link is no longer available, but I have the tray file. Can you help?
Hello there, please download the lot here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lET-OV2psoU9pzlzy8ueg0j8moiYdMxM/view
Hi Ruby, beautiful builds as always! May you please share the link? :)
Hello there, the download link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lET-OV2psoU9pzlzy8ueg0j8moiYdMxM/view?usp=sharing Thank you!
Hey, the house is amazing, I love it! Once placed, there are no problems, but as soon as I try to put a Sim there, the lot loads infinitely without me being able to access it. Do you have an update that needs to be done? I'd love to use it for my machinimas; it would be perfect. Thanks for your reply, and see you soon <3
Hello there, I just tested the lot and placed a household on it. I was able to load and play the household without any issues in my game. I’ve also uploaded a screenshot for your reference.
Hi Ruby, love the work! I believe the WeTransfer CC link is no longer available, but I have the tray file. Can you help?
Hello there, please download it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P2X5Q7BDgMbta95iY1H7WMKwgDvNRq6g/view
I downloaded this to my game, but it didn't come with all of the cc? Am i missing a link, can you please help me Ruby?
Hello dear, I have sent a message to your inbox. Thank you!
I get same message and 'repair game' did not change the error message received sadly. Could the November patch by Maxis have introduced something?
Hello, I just tested it again. Could you please download the updated CC files: https://we.tl/t-mWbrYDh3Ys Here is the play test video: https://youtu.be/Sj__VphqKj0 I used sims4studio to batch fixed the CC files.
Even though I applied all the files to the appropriate folder, I can't play in the game. I keep getting a message saying that I failed to calculate the cost. But I have a lot of money in my sim wallet.
Hello, I am sorry about that. Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again. forum: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/quot-Failed-to-Compute-Cost-quot/td-p/6108667
Do you play test these? My sim keeps t-posing in this house whenever I try to travel. I have to leave the apartment before it will work again.
Hello, I am sorry this is happening to you. All my builds have been play tested by 2 different computers before I upload them. Could you use origin to repair your game? I googled it. Please try following steps to see if the problem is solved: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/T-pose-glitch/td-p/10380018
Can you please send me the links for this please? Thank you!
Hello my dear, thank you for your support. You can download the tray files from the bottom of the post. Thank you again!
I'm completely blown away by this build. It looks so great in game. It continually amazes me where you find all this CC to create such beautiful spaces. I've had so many penthouses on that location and FINALLY you created one that deserves to be there. Thank you!
Awww! Thank you so much for the sweet comment. I am glad you enjoyed it. 🥰
