The Blood Diary! Development Update!

Three days ago, we published the Steam store page for The Blood Diary.
We’ve been carefully following your reactions, reading your comments, and seeing how actively you’re adding the game to your wishlists. Thank you so much for your support - it truly means a lot to us ❤️
We’ve received many questions, so we’d like to clarify the key points in a single message, to make sure you clearly understand what we’re creating and what to expect from the game.
The Blood Diary is a prequel to Knightly Passions, with events taking place long before the main story. The game explores Selena’s past and lays the foundation for the events that will later lead to the familiar world.
You play as a male vampire - an ancient and dangerous being who guides, trains, and sends the vampire Selena on missions. These two are the core characters of the story, bound by complex, tense, and far-from-simple relationships.
We are heavily focused on the narrative, aiming to make it intense, emotional, psychologically deep, and truly memorable. This is a story about power, dependency, choice, and the price of immortality. We want your decisions to feel meaningful, and the characters to feel alive and morally ambiguous.
As for 18+ content - we haven’t forgotten about it. We aim to make it high-quality, tasteful, and organically woven into the story and character relationships, rather than existing on its own.
The Blood Diary will differ significantly from Knightly Passions in terms of gameplay.
We are building a unique gameplay structure of our own - this is a deliberate choice. There’s no need to worry: we are deeply invested in making the game enjoyable first and foremost for players, not just for us as developers. Our goal is to extract the maximum potential from the idea, mechanics, and atmosphere.
The first version is planned for release in Spring 2026.

Of you can put it on patreon or itch or something you'd get all the UK fans back. Stupid govt has effectively blocked any steam purchase with the word 'adult' in its tags.
Can you upload The Blood Diary here too? I can't get it on steam as our government blocks all NSFW games on steam :/
Thanks for the clarification. A lot of time and effort is going in to making this game, so I hope everything goes well. :) (I’m honestly a bit surprised that my "IIRC" of the game's narrative focus a few days ago—personal opinions aside—was more or less correct given that it’s been a while since I last checked in on the game's development.)
If possible an 18+ toggle? I loves knightly passions for the gameplay and story and wouldn't mind a playthrough of just that with the option of like a "streamer/SFW toggle"
So are you focused exclusively on the steam/pc games or will android users still get content for Knightley passions and will android users get access to these new games/dlc?
We are not abandoning Android at all. As before, we plan to continue releasing Android versions of our games on Patreon, including updates and additional content for Knightly Passions. Android has always been an important platform for us, and that approach is not changing. New projects and DLCs are being developed primarily with PC/Steam in mind first, but Android builds will still be released later on Patreon, just like we’ve done before. This allows us to properly polish the game, while still making sure Android users continue to receive content.
