Oh Tia, if it was just working with the dogs, I’d be right there with you but I gotta say, I like my air conditioning! Plus I’m 71 so there’s that! Well that’s why I donate to I think every platform you have. Money talks, right!

Wow. I cant believe you offered her a job back...and she ghosted never showed up. That is sad no love and accountability for THE DOGS happened. I'm sorry you're going through this.
Wow. I feel for u. Employees are a real pia.
Hey Tia! I can’t come to work today cause the sun hit in my eye! Oh, & coyotes are circling my house! 😂 I’m so sorry you are having to deal with this.
😂 That definitely made me laugh! Between the sun hitting your eye and the coyotes circling your house, I'd say you've got one of the most creative excuses I've heard in a while. Thanks for the laugh—I hope you're having a great day!
ROMG! So sorry that you have such a hard time finding reliable employees. It’s beyond me how they survive in life. What happened to parents teaching responsibility, and dependability to their kids? I would be there but I’m retired, and feet problems, Arthritis and also can’t handle the heat, and humidity in your swamp land. I know it well as Iived in New Orleans for 4 Years while I was in the Coast Guard there, I was dropped in to the swamps enough times. I have volunteered in Shelters for many years, transported Rescues from Shelters to Rescues taking them in, have fostered over 100 dogs, puppies, have CCTBS(Certified Canine Training and Behavioral Specialist) certification, walked dogs in Shelters. I have a Rescue Am Staff/ Pit Mix that is a certified Therapy dog. I wish I could help and so true it does take a special kind to be able to handle the physical work in that kind of heat and humidity. I hope you find someone. Such a hassle.
I'm from Connecticut and no, our weather is hot, but nothing like your weather!
Lol, I guess you're right but I also would prefer Connecticut. I had a friend who lived there but his dead now. Rip Brandon 😔🩸💟
I was a certified dog trainer, have worked with vets, and did volunteer rescue. I would be there tomorrow but I’m 72 now with a fused spine, broken vertebrae and 3 bulging discs. Rescued a shelter dog 6 years ago and trained him to be my service dog. Life’s a …
Reading that really touched my heart. You've spent so much of your life caring for animals and helping others, and that's something truly special. Even if your body doesn't let you do what it once could, the kindness and love you've shared are still making a difference. Your service dog is such a beautiful reminder of that.
OMG girl if I was in better health I’d be on the 1st plane out there! No hesitation! However unfortunately my Lupus has taken a turn for the worse & I’m even having the hardest time keeping up with the 6 I have in house! Don’t know how you do it, but you do it great! That’s for sure!
Great job
lol!!! Sorry l forgot my brain.
So sorry your having a hard time finding people with common decency. I wish you luck in finding people who want to work, and will be a good fit working at Villalobos.
You're such a kind and thoughtful person. The world could definitely use more people with your heart. I hope life keeps treating you well because you truly deserve it. Wishing you lots of happiness, and I hope your week is off to a wonderful start!
Even as old and physically wrecked I am, the only thing that would stop me from doing that job is my zero heat tolerance and hatred of flesh biting bugs. So sorry you're having such a bad time finding decent people.
Good help is hard to find.😪
It really is, and I can understand why that would be frustrating. But people like you, with your experience, kindness, and heart, remind me there are still genuinely good people out there. Don't let it take away your hope. You deserve the same care and compassion you've spent so many years giving to others. I hope today brings you a reason to smile. How's your week been so far?
