Exclusive Masterclass With Marty Friedman!
As part of the Rock Fujiyama episode I filmed with Marty in Japan we did a whole nerdy guitar lesson segment which didn't make the final cut. So I figured we could release it separately as a standalone video as there's SO much insanely valuable information packed in there!

Loved watching this - my cousin playing me Reckoning Day was one of my first gateways into metal music and wanting to play guitar myself (IIRC, it was on a Kerrang cover disc, too, but then I got my own copy of Youthanasia soon after), so it's awesome to hear more wisdom from Marty and see the two of you digging into things. Amazing playing by the both of you, too!
Dude I bet it's surreal doing a collab with your main guitar hero lol I'd be so nervous...he seems so chill and down to earth : )
This was excellent. Great job. You should be proud of yourself. He was impressed with you.
Cheers Ron!
There are no wrong notes, only playing the wrong note for too long!
Haha amen!
Such a gift to be able to get ahold of a guy as amazing as Marty and pick his brain a bit. So glad him and Bradley met face to face, amazing to see 👌
That is awesome Marty is just a fucking beast of a guitar player.
