Talking about the last survey and current Domino upload schedule.

Hello Everyone!

Lately I have noticed some people have been asking "hey, where is the latest comic part? When is it releasing?" etc, which was when I failed to realise I have been kinda bad at communicating to everyone how it currently works now, which is also connected to the last survey I uploaded.So now I guess it's a good time I talk about and how people responded!

Survey Question 1: "What do you think about this new format for the comic?"

Regarding the format change; The majority prefered the more traditional manga format to the
webtoon format. To me; this is a good thing due the current format allows me more creative expression, freedom and it being just much more fun to work with. I'm also not limited to how long each comic part can be, vs the webtoon one I couldn't exceed 30 000px in length or I would've gotten an error.

So the new comic format is here to stay unless something changes.

Survey Question 2: "When it comes to when the new comic part is delivered, which sounds more important to you?"

Here, the majority was okay with as long there was 2 comic updates a month, They are happy with it, which also has been a good thing for me.
With the last comic parts, I've been going by "Delivering two Domino Effect updates a month minimum", Which is why there have been bigger gaps in the comic uploaded compared to before. But now I have been stressing way less, and I have been allowed to put more care in each comic part and make sure it's not rushed out.
And even though the .5 comic parts were discontinued; I've tecnically still delivered as much comic as before, since most of the recent comic updates now instead of being 5-6 pages long, some have been at 8-9 pages. (The one I'm working on now is 9 pages long!)
Don't expect it to always be that long, since some still might be 5-6 pages in the future, but it all depends if I am able to fit in everything that is needed into each part. :)

So yeah, that's the current schedule and hope it answers any question or resolves any confusion regarding upload schedule!

Survey Question 3: "What is your general feelings towards retcons?!"

With this question, I wanted to get peoples overall opinion regarding "retcons", and with how this poll turned out, I do agree with its outcome. Blue and Red sectors is my opinion when it comes to stories and retcons, but some might've been wondering why asking this question?
Is there something in the comic that has been an issue or a problem?

In which comes to me with the main reason why I asked this question:
I'm gonna try to be as transparent as possible without "spoiling" too much, but there is a plotpoint that happens in the first 10 parts of the comic (aka Domino Effect part 1-10),
where a plotdetail makes it very annoying to plan and write around. It's not a major plot point, but it does impact way more things that I thought it would.

So I came forth to the conclusion; that it's way easier to remake the one or two entire comic part, and then do some minor dialogue changes in the subsequent parts to reflect those remade parts. It's something I should fix now rather than wait too long with it.
I tried coming up with other solutions and explanations, but those either feels too forced or would require the suspension of disbelief.
So yeah, That is why I asked the question about the retcon, it doesn't change the overarching story at all, but it's a detail that is annoying it's there.
