I'm writing here because I'm not getting an answer on Discord. What do I need to delete to restart the game without saves? Because deleting my saves is unnecessary. When I meet Dr. Zangel for the second time, Timmy has sex appears. I deleted all my saves in vain.
The problem has been fixed and will be available with the next version, meanwhile to permanently delete the save files you must delete them both in the general renpy folder and in the game folder which you can find in the AppData\Roaming\RenPy folder (make sure you have enabled the viewing of hidden folders)

i have a bug the therapist is fucking jimmy from the Start i can´t do the normal therapy
I reported this and was told will be fixed in the next version
