Dictator

This one is a bit darker than usual, and I've been debating removing the line with the "will-change: orphans, widows !important" as it may be too dark for the comic itself.

The idea was to make it as confusing and mandatory as possible. That's why all the properties have the values with !important even when they may not need them and why the nested selector is complex (although not excessively).

I am working on another of these drawings (a basketball player). If I finish it on time, I may publish it before this one to make it less dark.
