Anchor week

Next week's joke is about `float.` And I coded the small "float joke" to accompany it. It will probably go next Thursday, as it is too simple to make it an entire publication.

It is the first cartoon in which I use @layer (to be honest, I don't know why I wasn't using them before, even when mine is a rudimentary use), which makes it easier to organize the code than having comments everywhere.
