Updated name to comiCSS

The Patreon page was associated with my name, so I changed it to comiCSS. It was a bit weird talking about comiCSS everywhere, and then the Patreon URL be "alvaromontoro." Just a simple change that hopefully won't affect anything as the old version still redirects to the new one.

The new URL is patreon.com/comicss.
