Early Access: OOP Meme

Today's Angry NPC Wojak meme was only in preparation for the next comic: a version of the comic explaining how CSS is actually a "programming language"... and not just a programming language but an object-oriented one*

It takes the code from today's cartoon and expands it a little. I like it because it is really simple (the HTML just needs to indicate the person and if they are talking or angry or both.) It was traced and a little pain, but not terrible.

*Author's note: I know CSS is not an object-oriented programming language, but it's fun to poke fun at it and at the people that claim it is not a programming language like it's a matter of life and death... also as an "inside joke" with some people on Twitter :P
