DNA Test

A short comic strip to end the year 2025. What would happen if a comic character coded in HTML and CSS took one of those DNA tests that tells you about your origins and ancestry?

The comic in itself has no 2% Tailwind (that was added later for comedic/dramatic purposes), but it does have some JavaScript because it uses HTML5 web components that require JavaScript... even when they are static like these ones.

This strip is based on a Macanudo comic by Liniers. In that case, the character was made out of ink, and paper, and other newspaper/book materials. For this adaptation the characters are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

I recently read a couple of books by Liniers and will steal borrow some of those ideas to create my own web development versions. I just wish I was able to create beautiful drawings as he does.

For the holidays, I'll have this comic early access available for everyone. I'll go back to previews for only paid members with the new year (free members get early access too, but only 1-2 days instead of 1-2 weeks)
