Quick Question, I'm on a mac, is It normal that the glass parts are pixelated on your more recent cars? is there a switch I should have on?

I am aware of this effect. This is due to the type of glass and the transparency effect in the game. For today, it's okay.

There are special mods that remove this effect. But you can always press the TAB button (enable camera mode) and zoom in, then nothing will disappear.
