1996 Mercedes-Benz SLK š©šŖ
āSLKā
The idea of a convertible with a folding metal roof wasnāt a new one, but itās fair to say the Mercedes-Benz SLK kick-started the genre in the modern motoring age. Appearing as a concept at the 1994 Paris Motor Show it garnered plenty of attention, and with production model making its European debut at the 1996 Turin Show it arrived in the UK later the same year. Styled by Bruno Sacco, the compact roadster got its name from āSportlich/Leicht/Kurzā or Sporty/Lightweight/Short, and it pretty much achieved each of those.
Available exclusively for āNo Limitsā and āAll Inclusiveā tiers this May. Since June 1āst. Available for All Inclusive tier only.
