Make business skirt 2

 I'll complete the skirt on the front side first. It's necessary to change the shape depending on how the legs are opened, but simple deformation cannot handle it, so draw each frame. 

 This is the most open state. It would be ugly when opened anymore, So I only had to make 3 frames.
