MTM Mod Manager Installer new Version

For supported equipment, MTM can Forge Anew and create it as a new item instead of overwriting the vanilla one, while also handling names, descriptions, icons, vendors and package installation.

It also supports the traditional Replace Old workflow if that's what you want.

I've been building it around the idea of making equipment modding much less annoying, especially for people who want to run a large collection instead of manually juggling replacement IDs.

I'm also trying to make more functions available as more people use it, so feedback is genuinely useful right now.
