SO HYPE FOR Criminal Minds 🤩!!! Barely ANYONE reacts to it & it is WELL worth it, really excited for your take on the style, series & characters! (If it wins 🙏🏻)
I'm not sure if it's ever been mentioned, either by a patreon or otherwise, and I have so much to catch up on, but have you ever watched Band of Brothers (10 episode ww2 mini series)? I'm sure it's probably been seen at some point in a lot of people's lives, but it still stands as one of the best shows I've ever seen.
Too bad DS9 is so far back there but I get it. Trekkies are a small niche group and it's a almost 30 year or show too.
CM and The Blacklist are CERTAINLY right down your alley.. just based off the shows that you’ve completed/are currently watching, they both would fit right in
Really sad SVU isn't getting more votes. Not many react to it, same as NCIS, and it is such a great show. It'd be a shame to miss out, and I'd love to see your reactions to it. (And you get to play detective too, though same as NCIS it has a tendency to have excellent twists). I'd also suggest Once Upon a Time (2011). 7 seasons, and complete. It's unique, heartwarming, and from the same people who made LOST (with lots of easter eggs, and even several actors from the show in it as mains or reoccurring). The storytelling of that show is fantastic, and the character development arcs are some of the best-crafted (and acted).
SVU will be done at some point, ive heard really good things about it
Homicide is such a fantastic show. It’s much more a workplace drama than just a procedural. I’m sure Criminal Minds is going to win though I wish something that hasn’t been reacted to as much would.
Sounds very interesting, it'll get done at some point. thanks 👍
For some future suggestions I’d recommend Jericho (2006-2008, 2 seasons) and The magicians (2015-2020, 5 seasons) both great shows you’d be interested in for sure
Severance is worth every second. Try it out. You’ll be hooked after the first episode. It has got such a relatable concept and you’ll be invested from the first second. Suggestions: 1. Farscape - I’m sure you’ve already watched this, but in case you haven’t, one of the best sci-fi shows of the late 20th century ever made, the best character work I’ve ever seen in film and television, very hard hitting stories from week to week and just a very good time overall. Very much in line with what you enjoy about the genre and more, especially delving into what space exploration or life outside of/against the “federation” is like. Suggestion 2: Grimm - a sci-fi fantasy X Files/Fringe type of show inspired by the Grimm fairytales with its own special lore, excellent character work, unique procedural cases, exploring dark themes and overall great story arcs and character journeys, well worth your time.
