#038 Revolutionary Strategy Series
This week we continue our reading of boss level Chapter 9: ’Republican Democracy’ and I lose the plot when it comes to Proportional Representation. This was, of course, recorded before the UK election, where Corbynism got hung drawn and quartered.
Panelists:
Lexi Dog Robot - Swampside Chats

Hi Tom - sorry, wasn’t being critical of the Macnair series. Just thought a few shorter readings might mix things up. Will send a few SR articles to you - see what you think.
None taken :) I agree with you!
Suggestion for future reading groups. The archives of The Socialist Register journal are open access (up to the most recent 5 years I think). So one reading group episode could be dedicated to reading one article from a past edition of the Register. The material can easily be accessed by everyone, and focusing on one article at a time might be more manageable for some than grappling with a whole book. Just a thought. Mike
Hey Michael - weirdly the reading group series, as long and interminable as they might be, seem to be rather popular! God knows i want to move on. The new one is starting soon, which definitely wont be as long to finish. If you find any good articles in particular, send me something on, and i'll give them a read
