For anyone who has been trouble downloading the patron-only episodes... I reported the issue to Patreon and they issued me with a new RSS token and a new RSS link. Reply from Patreon: 'I have renewed your RSS token, so a new RSS feed has been issued in your Patreon account. We recently changed where you can retrieve the RSS link. Once you're logged on go to "my memberships" on the creator's page and scroll down to see your new RSS link.' I was then able to copy the new link into my podcast app (Pocket Casts) and now correctly get the whole episode instead of the teaser.
