Patreon App Problems

Hey Comrades,

A few people have been complaining about the patreon App not working properly for the patreon only episodes. I made a complaint to patreon and this is what they came back with:

 Hey there,

Thanks for your email. I'm happy to help with this.

If they are logged in to their account correctly and also their membership is paid up they should have access to the content.

We're happy to help them troubleshoot, however. Please ask them to go to patreon.com/faq and click on send us a note near the bottom of the page.

If your audio is always posted as a file on Patreon, you may also want to suggest that they can use the RSS feed if they are having trouble finding specific episodes in the app.

I hope this helps. Thanks again for your email. Let me know if there's anything else.

Warmly,

Gryff

I don't know if this helps at all - let me know if it clears up any issues.

Tom
