Well, as much I enjoyed uploading the game's files to Patreon directly... it's hit the maximum file size. Well, at least it was gone too early for me to get attached. It was convenient, though, for you and me. Hopefully, the Steam release will sort this all out anyway.
Speaking which, since I don't want to discuss story spoilers right as you're about to download the update, I am aiming for a fall release this year. I was actually aiming for it last year before the very serious troubles that ate three months. In between then and now, I'll be finishing off the last priority replacements. You can see that I have one for Valentina here, and then finalizing the title card.
Kinda nervous.
Anyway, enjoy the update! There's a lot of story stuff in here and some quality time I think you guys will appreciate.

Just another translation problem I’ve run into: how would you like proper nouns handled—like “Softbottom” (a surname? seriously? I’ve actually come across Shufflebottom and such…), or “FFFN” (also a fucking weeb, yep)? My current plan is to keep the original terms, but due to cultural differences, I might need to explain some of the jokes or references behind them. Also, I have a few questions about the game’s story and worldbuilding—would it be possible to have a Q&A? Or is there already one set up somewhere like Discord that I just can’t access right now? If it’s the latter, I’ll probably be able to sort out my Patreon issues after I get through this current stretch (mid-June, I’m guessing). Looking forward to connecting with you on Discord :)

Will you still be doing the android port after the steam release?
Yes! My focus will be on the Steam release because I think it has the best chance of securing future funding, but my goal is to shift the Android version to itch.io once the Steam release is settled. I'd actually like to do more to the android version as well, as the current compression is not sustainable.
Is anyone else having trouble downloading and opening the game on Mac? It keeps failing to open, even after I tell my computer to allow it to open
Can you do split files for your uploads to maintain a single version? Or is the issue Patreon specific?
Do you mean split just the new content for download? It's not a Patreon issue, it's a legal one. I often add new sound effects and music and they come with a non-redistribute clause. I can have them in the game, but I can't put them in a folder to be downloaded separately. The game will also crash if you don't have these files, so it would need to be downloaded entirely over again anyway. With the future Steam release, I believe I can bypass this since the files will go directly into the game folder without needing an intermediary like Patreon.
It may sound urgent or greedy, but I really want to know when the Steam version will be released. Due to some personal reasons, I lack the ability to support the game on Patreon or Discord, and I am not very willing to redistribute the game. Therefore, I am looking forward to supporting you through Steam after the release of the Steam version, so that I can better introduce this game to my friends. I personally think this is the best visual novel or storyline game I have ever seen in the superhero genre
Hey, thank you for the kind words! I completely understand not wanting to support via Patreon or Discord. Unfortunately, all I can tell you is that I am aiming for a fall release. This is because, after I upload the game, I need to submit a final build for Steam that needs to go through an approval process and I don't know when that will be finished. I'll be keeping everyone up to date as that occurs. There will be a wishlish period, however, that I will post on here.

That marker is not missing. It does not exist because the event can't be missed.
You could MAYBE create a season 2? because of File Size issue? :-)
I have thought about it, but I can't seriously consider maintaining two sort've different versions of the game before the Steam release is out, and the Steam release won't have this problem. It was something I considered, though.
