[Deadlock] Buff Rat King Mod - Final version

The full version is finally out!

Features:

• Buffed up Rat King's model.

• Baked hi-poly model for extra detailed muscle creases.

• Added custom in-game HUD portraits and hero select art (by Navis!)

• Added jiggle physics to his pecs.

• Added buff ratking art to his flag during his ult (by Navis!)

• Buffed up his lil rat minions.

• Offset his rats and armor to fit his new proportions.

Huge thanks to Navis for both inspiring the creation of this mod and helping out with the UI side of it. This wouldn't have happened without him.  ( https://bsky.app/profile/navigz.bsky.social )
