After many requests, the Concubine System is finally here!
This update brings a fresh layer of narrative to your royal households — from courtly favoritism and gift-giving to jealous shunning and whispered rumors.

Designate Sims as concubines via new social interactions available as a Monarch
Each concubine receives a custom trait (Singing, Dancing, Flower Arranging, etc.) with skill boosts
New interactions between concubines, monarchs & royal partners

New unique court rumors with:
Custom interactions
3 randomized notification variants each
Custom moodlets for the targeted sim

Adds custom WooHoo and Try For Baby interactions to concubines, these don't require any friendship or romance between the Monarch & Concubine!

Re-added & adjusted Permission to Marry — now only one Sim in the partnership requires permission
Fixed Trial by Stake and all death-related failures
Tax Collector now only appears on Fridays (no more midweek visits!)
Removed: Claim Throne interaction (currently unfixable)
Fixed: Ravenwood Royal & Noble icon
Added: Nordhaven Royal & Noble traits
Fixed: Enamorada Noble trait
Illegitimate Royal trait now properly applies to Sims born in-game
Please delete any old Royalty Mod files and replace with this new update.

Yeah, it was a hidden flag that was going to be used in the Ladies-in-Waiting update but had to be cut. It doesn't do anything.

i tried to run the mod but it kept taking me back the world menu, i was really excited to play it so i would be overjoyed if it got fixed

Hi there! The mod stopped working after the latest update. The continue the game button leads me to the world choosing menu, and that's it. Removed all the mods except Royalty - same. Works well without it.
I'm having the same issue. It won't let me play the character at all and just goes to the manage worlds menu. What mods did you remove for the royalty to work?

I’m not saying I upgraded to paid just for the concubines feature but I definitely did because Chinese palace dramas have been my fave lately (whoops LOL). Does this mod need Get Famous to work?

I have a question! Is there any way that bow/curtsy could also be a menu action? I'd love to have my sims greet any royal or noble that way instead of it just being autonomous for monarchs ☺️
